UKFS-compliant management plans, thinning cycles, restocking and stewardship that keep a woodland healthy, compliant and earning — planned and delivered by one qualified team across the South East.
A neglected wood loses value, fails inspections and becomes a liability. An actively managed one grows in value, supports wildlife, qualifies for grants and produces income — the difference is a plan and a crew to deliver it.
We write UK Forestry Standard–compliant management plans that set your objectives, schedule thinning and felling, programme restocking, and cover access, deer and grey-squirrel control over a 5–10 year horizon.
Then we do the work. The same team that writes the plan thins, fells, extracts and replants — so decisions are made by people who actually know your wood, not handed to a subcontractor who's never walked it.

A written plan setting out the woodland's condition, your objectives, and a programme of work — thinning cycles, felling and restocking, access and deer or squirrel control — over a 5 to 10 year horizon. It's the basis for felling licences and most grant funding.
For ongoing work, usually yes. An approved plan can carry felling permissions for up to ten years and is normally required for management grants. We write the plan and handle the Forestry Commission approval.
Often. Thinnings and harvested timber generate income, while good management raises the quality and value of what's left standing. We show you the likely income and cost over the plan period so there are no surprises.
Yes — unlike a pure consultant, we plan and deliver. The same firm that writes the plan thins, fells, extracts, restocks and maintains, so the woodland is managed by the people who know it.
